FCC Affordable Connectivity Program

You could be eligible to save $30/month on your internet bill.

Google Fiber Webpass is proud to participate in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), a federally funded program that helps qualifying households afford the internet they need for work, school, healthcare, and more.

What is the Affordable Connectivity Program?

The Affordable Connectivity Program is a program created by the US Federal Government through the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that helps keep families connected to internet service. With this program, eligible households can receive up to a $30 subsidy toward their monthly internet services.

Is my household eligible for ACP?

To qualify, your household must have an income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines or include a member of the home who meets the ACP criteria. Qualifying criteria include participation in other government assistance programs, such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, WIC, Federal Public Housing Assistance, or Lifeline. The best way to know if your household qualifies is to confirm eligibility through the federal government's National Verifier site.

How to enroll in the ACP through Google Fiber Webpass

1. Qualify

Complete an eligibility form with the federal National Verifier open_in_new to confirm you qualify for the ACP. If you’re eligible, you’ll receive an application ID.

If you're currently enrolled in the Lifeline program, you don't need to apply again for the ACP. Contact us open_in_new to use your ACP benefit for Google Fiber Webpass service.

2. Connect

Sign up for Google Fiber Webpass open_in_new monthly internet plan. If you’re already a customer, skip to the next step.

3. Enroll

Sign in to your Google Fiber Webpass account. Click the “Apply for the ACP” link, and submit your ACP application details. We'll verify your eligibility and send an email confirming you're enrolled in the ACP. Once you’re enrolled, you’ll start receiving a $30 credit on your bill within the next two billing cycles, depending on the timing of your enrollment.

What happens when ACP ends?

We don’t yet know when the ACP will end—but don’t worry, we’ll give you time so you can decide if you want to pause, change plans, or cancel your Webpass service.
