Pier 38 Added to Webpass' Network

Posted February 25, 2008 by Webpass

Webpass added Pier 38 to it’s point-to-point wireless network today. All businesses operating in the pier can now subscribe to Webpass’ dedicated Internet access at any data rate from 1 to 1000 Mbps. This deployment highlights two distinct advantages Webpass provides it’s customers. First, bandwidth intensive businesses can minimize office leasing costs because they are not restricted to leasing space only in buildings with existing fiber connections. Webpass can quickly deliver dedicated Internet access to the office location of your choice. Second, Webpass’ flexibility helps emerging business grow. Webpass does not require a contract. Our commercial dedicated Internet access customers can change the amount of bandwidth they purchase each month. A business can start with 5 Mbps and grow to 10 Mbps as needed without additional fees or setup costs.
