    Account Executive

    The Role
    Our Account Executives are advocates for how we feel the ISP industry can and should be. Our mission: make accessing the Internet a simple experience for our customers.

    This involves:
    • Pitching Webpass to Property Managers, Developers, and business owners
    • Following up and providing information to key stake holders such as HOA boards and IT professionals
    • Conducting site surveys with our Construction team to answer any questions the customer may have, and ensuring proper build out of our network
    • Attend network and industry events as appropriate to build our brand
    • Foster relationships and nurture leads

    We are seeking a candidate who is self driven and motivated to succeed on their own, who also understands the importance of fostering and maintaining the sense of team and community that makes our company culture so special.

    What you bring to it:
    •Two plus years of successful outside sales experience in the Boston market, ideally in Telecom or Property Management
    •Adept at pitching and presenting over the phone, email and in person

    General Manager

    The Opportunity

    Webpass is searching for a General Manager to lead our Miami market.

    Miami is a big geographically, which means the technology we use in this market is “next level.” Beyond that, the buildings are big! Each building we bring on our network has hundreds of units. These factors combined equal a big opportunity for the right individual!

    The Role

    The GM is responsible for the office’s performance so skillful managing of diverse teams – construction, sales, installation, engineering, help desk and customer service – is a key priority. Furthermore, market penetration, brand development, and sales activity are another key focus. And lastly, the GM will oversee the growth of our network.

    What this entails:
    • Manage all aspects of the office’s operation including sales, construction, support and engineering
    • Partner closely with the all business groups on key operational areas including budgeting, recruiting and HR issues, compliance, company policies, marketing and branding campaigns, and operational best practices
    • Oversee construction and installation schedules, workflows, equipment inventory, and quality of work
    • Attend industry events and network in the Miami real estate market to develop our brand and facilitate strategic sales along with our Sales Manager and local team

    The ideal candidate will have a combination of sales management, network construction, and business operations experience.

    What you bring to it:
    • 5+ years of management experience, ideally in real estate or telecom
    • Familiarity with the Miami commercial and residential real estate market
    • Understanding of the Miami telecom and ISP market and our place in it
    • Basic technical understanding of networking including topologies, protocols, switches and routers
    • Bachelor’s degree

    San Francisco

    Network Construction Technician

    The Role

    It all starts with you – we need you to construct our network.

    You will go into new buildings that we bring on to our network and install and terminate CAT6 and fiber optic cables, bend EMT conduit, create cable pathways, and install radio mounts and grounding systems.

    Every building is different so we rely on our technicians to bring a diverse skill set, exercise solid judgement, and collaborate well with our stellar team in order to complete each project in a timely manner, all the while maintaining the highest level of workmanship possible.

    What we’re looking for:
    • Minimum of one year of network installation experience – pulling, terminating and testing CAT5/ CAT6 in residential and commercial environments
    • Recent experience with rack and stack work, closet work, putting together server racks, and patch panels
    • Experience troubleshooting ethernet network issues related to routers, switches and hubs
    • Valid drivers license and clean driving history

    Interim General Manager

    Webpass is looking for an Interim General Manager to lead our Chicago market while our current GM is out on medical leave. It is expected this role will last from 3-5 months, but it could continue beyond that.
