The Role
Our Account Executives are advocates for how we feel the ISP industry can and should be. Our mission: make accessing the Internet a simple experience for our customers.

This involves:
• Pitching Webpass to Property Managers, Developers, and business owners
• Following up and providing information to key stake holders such as HOA boards and IT professionals
• Conducting site surveys with our Construction team to answer any questions the customer may have, and ensuring proper build out of our network
• Attend network and industry events as appropriate to build our brand
• Foster relationships and nurture leads

What you bring to it:
•Two plus years of successful outside sales experience in the Miami market, ideally in Telecom or Property Management

Network Administrator

Webpass is searching for a Network Administrator to join our new Boston team.

The Network
The Webpass network includes thousands of network devices, from a diverse group of manufacturers, deployed across four distinct markets. The network topography changes weekly and our BGP and OSPF configurations expand accordingly as we add more locations to our network. We do not resell or rely on the phone company’s network like other ISPs—we operate a 100% autonomous network.

The Opportunity
Webpass is Simple, Urban Internet. We do one thing, and we do it really well. As a Network Admin on our team, you’ll be pivotal to facilitating the growth and stability of our network.

This is no small feat!

This role is integral to our Boston team and involves configuring equipment, monitoring and maintaining the network, providing guidance to our Technical Support Engineers on advanced technical support questions, and going out into the field to troubleshoot network issues.

You will respond to network emergencies, improve network monitoring and insight, address and revise any network deficiencies, and improve our overall network stability.

Quite simply, projects and tasks you work on at the beginning of the day, will have a meaningful and real impact on our customers by that night. And you’ll get to be part of a team that is changing the ISP industry, with a cutting edge approach to what a network can and should be.

What you bring to it:
• 2 years of switched network experience in a Network Admin or Engineer role
• Superior troubleshooting skills
• Experience configuring equipment
CCNA certification

Network Construction & Installation Technician

The Opportunity
We’re actively hiring a Construction & Installation Technician to join our stellar team to launch, build out, install, and maintain our network in Boston.

The role requires a minimum of one year of network construction experience, the ability to install CAT6, create cable pathways, install radios, and connect customer equipment.

The Role
It all starts with our technicians – they build our network – going into buildings that we bring on to our network to install and terminate CAT6 and fiber optic cables, creating cable pathways, and mounting radios.

This role also involves meeting with customers at their apartment or condo to install and test their Ethernet jack, making cross connects to complete the connection, and connecting to Webpass equipment. 

As the only Webpass employee that many of our customers meet face to face, our Technicians are our brand ambassadors, building our brand in new markets by representing our company with the highest level of professionalism.

What you bring to it:
• Minimum of one year of network installation experience – pulling, terminating and testing CAT6
• Recent experience with rack and stack work, closet work, putting together server racks
• Experience troubleshooting ethernet network issues related to routers, switches and hubs
• Valid drivers license and clean driving history

General Manager

Webpass is searching for a General Manager to lead our Miami market.

Miami is a big geographically, which means the technology we use in this market is “next level.” Beyond that, the buildings are big! Each building we bring on our network has hundreds of units. These factors combined equal a big opportunity for the right individual!

The Role

The GM is responsible for the office’s performance so skillful managing of diverse teams – construction, sales, installation, engineering, help desk and customer service – is a key priority. Furthermore, market penetration, brand development, and sales activity are another key focus. And lastly, the GM will oversee the growth of our network.

What this entails:
• Manage all aspects of the office’s operation including sales, construction, support and engineering
• Partner closely with the all business groups on key operational areas including budgeting, recruiting and HR issues, compliance, company policies, marketing and branding campaigns, and operational best practices
• Oversee construction and installation schedules, workflows, equipment inventory, and quality of work
• Attend industry events and network in the Miami real estate market to develop our brand and facilitate strategic sales along with our Sales Manager and local team

The ideal candidate will have a combination of sales management, network construction, and business operations experience.

What you bring to it:
• 5+ years of management experience, ideally in real estate or telecom
• Familiarity with the Miami commercial and residential real estate market
• Understanding of the Miami telecom and ISP market and our place in it
• Basic technical understanding of networking including topologies, protocols, switches and routers
• Bachelor’s degree

The Role
The Marketing Manager will lead and execute all marketing efforts for the company, across all markets, managing a team of two.

Key objectives:
• Develop our brand and ensure it is consistent across diverse markets, while being authentic to what makes each market unique
• Manage the public voice of the company across all platforms including social media, online, print, PR, and events
• Work in conjunction with business teams including Sales, Development, Support, Recruiting and HR to provide creative ideas for, and exceptional execution of, key strategic initiatives
