How do I change my customer portal password?

If you already know your password, sign into your customer portal and click the Account Settings link in the menu on the left side of your dashboard page. From there, you’ll see the option to change your password at the bottom of the Account Settings page.

Forgot your password? No worries! Just go to the account login page (visit and click the “Login” link in the top right corner of the homepage) and click the “Forgot your password?” link at the bottom of the page. On the next page, enter the email address you used to sign up for your Webpass account, and we’ll send a link there to reset your password.
