How do I sign into my account and/or access my customer portal?

First, to have a Webpass account, you need to sign up for service. To sign up, start here.

If you’ve already signed up for service but haven’t yet created an account, follow this guide to setting up your account.

Already have an account? Well, aren’t you savvy! To sign in and access your customer portal, visit webpass.net and click the “Log in” button in the top right corner of the home page (or just click here). Sign in with the username and password you used to create your Webpass account.

Forget your password? No worries! Follow the steps above to go to the login page, then click the “Forgot your password?” link at the bottom of the page. On the next page, enter the email address you used to sign up for your Webpass account, and we’ll send a link there to reset your password.
